well, what is the right price for you? are you looking for anyting extra colorful to breed or for you, or just a normal? is there a reason you want an adult over a baby/juvi? have you set the cage up and tested temps? Personal opinion here, 50gal will work for an adult, I would prefer to gice more room though.

Looking for a citrus or something with a little color, would like to spend $100-$200 shipped, I just like the bigger beardies better, prefer a bigger one.

im not trying to rag on you i know u know what u want. but the joy of a beardie is raising it from wen it was a baby. at least thats what i think. Another reason is adults wont trust you right away as with my beardie and many others. the babies go trhu a "clinging" stage where they wont let go of you. adults will take a little more taming. just my personal opinion. Also if you live near NJ theres a beardie for adoption names MAX. hes a normal but hes big. the website is WWW.scalesandtails.org i think im going to aopt him if he dosnt find a home by summer

Not so. I have adopted sub adults and adults as well as sold them. I have had only one BD that was nasty out of the box and that’s why his owner gave him up. It was just that phase that some go through however and after about a month he was fine.

It has been my experience that if BDs are handled properly and treated well, changing owners doesn't change them. Babies are more flighty than are adults and they move a lot faster.
and they move a lot faster.

I just adopted an adult and she is the sweetest little thing I could ever hope for! Of course I also purchased a baby about 2 months ago and he is perfect as well! You can't go wrong with beardies!!
