My little baby herman was 19 grms when i got her on 1/23/04. I weighed her on 1/28/04 and she was 23 grms. I weighed her again today and she is still 23 grms. She has not lost nor has she gained anything in 2 weeks. Is this normal?? Is there anything i need to be concerned about? Your help in this matter in greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't worry at all. Their weight does fluctuate, and even at this size, a good poop or pee (or a full digestive tract or bladder) can affect weight by a few grams. What you want to look for is slow, steady gain over time, but not too fast.
