josh,
what temp do you have it at? has it eaten before? what, how long ago, at what temps? what did it eat this time? was the size bigger or smaller than before? more details are needed before any better info can be given you. yes, regurgitation is not a good thing but a lot depends on the circumstances.

As Terry inferred below, snakes regurgitate when they are stressed. There are several common reasons snakes regurgitate in captivity -
1. Improper temperatures. If the temps are too high or too low, the snake may regurgitate.
2. Being fed a food item that is too large.
3. Being handled within 48 hours of a meal. You simply shouldn't handle a snake that has eaten for at least 48 hours.

thanks for the reply i will try to answer the question needed. the temp was around 82F, yes it had eaten before i feed live pinkies, but i will try to feed tomorow what you guys think? someone told me that if the snake vomits it will die is this true?
I would wait at least a week after the snake has regurgitated before I offered food again. Also, you didn't mention the issue of handling. Make sure you don't handle the snake for 2 days after it has been fed.
The temp of 82 degrees sounds OK if you are sure that is the temperature at the substrate, not the temperature of the air in the cage. I usually keep snakes a little cooler than this and only offer then a warm region of the cage that is in the mid 80s. The rest of the cage is in the low to mid 70s.

no, a snake will not die from regurgitating once. but whatever caused it to regurg might eventually kill it, if it continues, so you want to take ksteps to prevent its reoccurence. Waiting a while, a week or two, before offering a small food item, can help, as can making sure your temps are proper. if you take all the right management steps and it continues...and continues...to regurg, then there may be medical probs (as opposed to the husbandry problems we've been discussing here) and a visit to the vet might be appropriate. but try the things recommended here first.
