ESU super UV bulb

I know that this is the leopard forum, and leopards are nocturnal, but i am familiar with this forum and know that all of you are not only quick to reply, but owners of other kinds of animals....
I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the ESU super UV bulb. I was wondering if it does, indeed, produce a substantial amount of UV light that a flourescent UV should. I am looking to get a hermanns tortoise and know that they require UV as well as heat.
I am asking because I have found a fixture that includes an ESU super UV bulb.

don't have one myself but was going to get one before i got rid of my chameleon. Heard nothing but good things the chameleon forum would be a good forum to ask on they are all about UV lights
