Hi
I have recently got a couple of tree frogs, last thursday.
I have never had a frog as a pet befor and im alittle worried about them. They both have a red spot appear on them, that is abit weepy. One has one on its head the other on its back, i rang the pet store and ask whats wrong they said they could of bangged themselfs because they may not of settled from the stress of traveling. Im just wondering if anyone has experienced this too, or know what it could be.

You need to look at it closer. If it looks like it's bloody or a blister or something, then the frog probably did hurt itself. Try using a background on the back, sides, & the bottom portion of the tank. Sometimes frogs think they can jump through the glass, and end up injuring themselves, as yours might have. Putting this "barrier" up should help them realize that they can't. Be sure to change their water every single day. These frogs are notorious for dragging substrate into their water dishes, or pooping in them, and thus grow bacteria very easliy. You don't want that bacteria getting into the frogs' wounds, so change the water! Hope that helps.
Since you're new to frogs, this might help
