I finally got my ATB to eat. He seems able to eat outside the tank, but it seems his aim isn't perfect. He missed the mouse (unconscious) or would get it and coil it and lose it and come at me. I left the mouse in the case overnight, (out cold, of course) and it was gone in the morning. Good news to me, but the question remains, how much should the snake eat on a normal schedule. I feed snakes over 4 feet every 2 weeks. He's a little over 5 feet, and has now consumed only one medium sized mouse in 3 weeks. I'm not too concerned about starvation, just curious what a normal feeding regimen should be. How many mice, how often, and such. Thanks for your input.
