Bruises?

UroJade Feb 16, 2004 02:26 PM

Peeple has theses spots on her in the area where i had to give her antibiotic shots for a month her last shot was november 25th
and when the first mark showed up i thought it was a bruise becuase near the end of november she was getting stronger and struggling sometimes during shots.
she just shedd and i can see two small ones and two big ones on one side
and one big one on the other side the bigger ones are about the size of the top of a pencil eraser
their greyish with orange borders, her color is orange so that might be the reason for the orange borders. i'll have pictures tomorrow
how long does it take for a bruise to heal on a lizard?

It is notorious for causing discoloration of the skin at the site of injection. It may or may not be reversible.

it was baytril, you think its going to stay that way. my poor girl she already has the burn marks and now those spots. i dont think she really cares though lol all she wants is a warm spot to bask and a big plate of food.
oh well as long as she's ok

but maybe her's won't be. But, like you said, she dosen't care as long as there is food and sun!!
