Rack addition

TonyT Feb 16, 2004 02:49 PM

I know that there was a post earlier on this month on racks but I have made an addition to mine and was wanting some constructive criticism. The left hand side is going to be 8-10 gallon verts. The misting system is not yet connected nor are the lights on the vert side. But Rome was not built in a day. Anything that ya'll may see as a potential problem or any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Tony, hurry up and get some doors on those tanks!
Hehe, looks like it is gonna work our nice. As you know I am in the process of doing the same thing and we have the same overall idea. I would suggest draining the tanks from the front, but it will be hard to make that look pretty.
Look forward to seeing your progress!

Thanks Ben. There is only one hold up on those doors J/K I think it is going to turn out to be pretty sweet myself. Just wanting to make sure I have not overlooked anything before I get to deep into the construction of it. Ya know what I mean.

Right now I am only 36 so it is not a problem but, give it a few years and I am sure I will have to raise the lower shelves.
