Butternut squash

I skin them, core them (like a pumpkin) and chop it up

I chop it in half, clean out the stuff in the middle, and throw it skin and all (cut into smaller pieces of course) into the food processor - Tempest loves it! He hears the food processor going, he comes over to the door near the kitchen and thumps on it, he wants to make sure I know he's waiting

Cut it into a few easy to manage chunks and into the food processor...this usually chops it into fine pieces and we sprinkle it on top of the rest of the veggies.

hello thats a very prity iggy you have. mine love butternut squash. I cut the peel off and grate it up in a food prosser or use a potato peeler.
