Well actually, my male pygmy leaf slees probably half of his daylight cycle, mainly after he eats. Is this normal?

...no cham sleeping during the day is a good thing. tell us about your setup, lighting (type, hours, etc.) feeding, dusting, housing, water, humidity levels, temps. How long have you had him, is he wc, how old? and all the other things I forgot to list
I lost a trio of leaf chams last summer
and my advice is to pay very close attention to everything and ask a lot of questions...

well he or she (i think she) is wc, in a ten gallon with leaf cover on bottom (Oak), with pothos, a lemon button fern, vines, and heart plant, 12 hour light cycle, 1/2 tank at 80f, other 74-76f. mist several times daily, probably 60 or 70 percent humidity. steady feeding of always dusted 1/3 (jurrasical) grown crix, drinks consistantly off pothos, sleeps normally at night, etc seems fat and fine except for the sleeping thing
You should never give your chameleon vitamins or calcium every day. You can easily over supplement with these. 2-3 times per week is fine.
