Well, my ball just went through the eye clouded, dull colored skin phase and now his eyes are clear again. But I also noticed that the skin looks like it's back to normal as well. I saw him go through one shed before this and can't remember if the skin darkened back up or not, just before he shed. Is it just the eyes that go back to normal right before the shed or does the skin also do this? I know I'm going to find out very soon for myself but I just wanted to get all of your opinions on that. Thanks.

Mine always darkens back up in both eyes and skin, and then he sheds a day or two later. He is usually STARVING right after he sheds, and wants at least two mice NOW!

My snakes' skins stayed dark but their eyes cleared up. Each usually sheds within 24 hrs of the clear eyes. Im guessing that yours will shed very soon. Just keep an eye out for a brighter more beautiful snake and a big piece of skin lol.
