All Bloods and Short Tails get nice and thick. There isn't a huge difference in the girth to length ratio by sex (aside from when a female is gravid), females just get longer. It really depends how much you feed them. Here's a photo of my 2 year old male Borneo for ya.

Hey,
Super Borneo male. I have a large male that I'll post pictures of soon -- he's in shed right now. Sweet!

Thanks guys. Yea he is a Borneo, just a darker one (they darken as they age as well so babies will be lighter than adults). He's very calm and gentle, really a joy to work with. I'm sure Angel can show you some wonderful pictures of some Black Short Tails. How are they coming along bro ... I want I want I need I need!!

Nice blood Jordan how big is he and how fast did he grow???
Sorry for the late response here. I just saw this thread.
From my experience, males do not get as chunky as females, even accounting for their lesser mature length. I think it would be difficult to raise up a fat adult male; it’s not so difficult to raise up a fat adult female. However, I don’t think an adult male has to be “fat” to qualify as overweight.
My “fattest” males have the least interest in breeding. My slimmest males are the most eager breeders, and like many male pythons in captivity, look downright bedraggled at the end of a lengthy breeding season. Sex? Yes, please! Food? Not now, thanks. I mean, how many successful young males would rather eat than ……? I rest my case.
