Does your leo stop eating or slow down during the winter months? Mine is 10 months old, 60g, active and healthy, but seems to have gone on a hunger strike. He has eaten very little in the past few weeks.
Thanks

Brumation, reptile version of hibernation. They sleep ALOT and eat almost nothing.

He doesn't seem to be sleeping more than usual. And his temps haven't dipped below 85 on the warm end, they stay a pretty constant 88-90 all the time. He still has a really fat tail and poops on a semi regular basis, every 3rd day or so. He eats very little, almost snacking, not really interested in chasing food. He will look at it and then just turn the other way. I'm not really worried, He could probably go weeks without eating an still be in good shape. I was just wondering if anyone else has seen this type of behavior?
Thanks, Leon
except he's only 27 grams and his tail is fatter than his neck (didn't know that was possible). He looks a little lean in the belly though.
Mine drinks alot, and poos alot of water too, used to poo close to everyday, and now poos once every 3 or so.
