It's got the same basic ingredients as Parazap worm wood, black walnut, pumpkin seed, cloves, black Cumin, thyme, think there are a few other ingredients, but I can't remember off the top. It does the same thing though appetite stimulant, mild laxative, and parasite control. I use it as a monthly preventative dusted on their food 6 days in a row once a month. I personally would get a fecal if you suspect parasites, or are having symptoms, cause dragons can live with parasites. It's when there is an outbreak caused by stress, ingesting parasite cycles, or a compromised immune system that cause the increase in numbers, and cause the negative symptoms. I started the worm guard as a preventative after clearing the dragons of parasites with meds with a vets assistance. Not sure if it is strong enough to rid them alone, and I don't think it works against all the parasites dragons can get. I do know that the tea made with it is a stronger route of delivery then just dusting the food, and has worked in lowering some parasite loads. Overall I think it's worked well as a preventative and keeping certain parasites under control as I have had minimal bouts with parasites, and only in newly acquired quarantined animals, after that initial treatment knock on wood I have not had further problems. Basically worm guard uses natural ingredients that have been used in the past to rid parasites from people and animals before we had medicines to rid them. Hope this helps a bit.
