could be MBD or a variety of other things. They all need medical attention. Go to a vet!

what is your setup like; it may be husbandry related?

Take him to a vet as soon as possible. The bumb could be from a fall or other injury, an abcess or something else. The fact it is painful to the touch certainly indicates it does cause your dragon problems.

Your dragon is in pain, please take him as soon as possible for his sake. Like was said in the previous post it may be Metabolic Bone Disease which is reversable if dealt with early enough. If not your BD will suffer horribly.

Especially if you aren't aware about the need for Vitamin d3 or UVB light.

If you think that's the problem it can for sure be taken care of but you do need to go to a vet.

Good luck!!
