Shed question

joeb Feb 17, 2004 01:16 PM

Would it be wrong to, if when i catch my gecko in shed, to pull them out and just take their skin off. Because it looks like they are really struggling when they shed and it takes a while. If i were to pull them out, i could help them get the skin off in no time. Would this be dangerous or wrong? Thanks.

Hi

It would be good to let them eat there own shed, because they do get a few neutrients from it. Just when you believe that they are done, and there is any left on there feet of whatever, then you can help them to get that off.

Take Care, TLB
