I am always looking for new foods to keep variety in my igs diet. Has anyone fed Sunflower-choke to their igs? I think it is alright, since it's made from sunflowers, but I want to be sure before I dice some up with my igs vegetables. Thanks;

How much phosphorus??

I have no idea...never seen those in my life, but I'd be interested in eating some myself! They look interesting.

I picked some up last week. I planted some in my garden, they have very pretty flowers when the mature. I hope someone knows if it is OK, as a treat at least. They seem pretty healthy for humans... but...??
