I don't have a BD yet but wanted to know if leaving a infrared heat lamp on all day and all night is a good idea (inconjunction with the UVA/UVB bulb during the day). Will the infrared light keep him/her up at night?

The infered heating lambs give off HIGH amounts of heat. I have one and it does wonder but i am afraid of leaving it on when i'm not around ... But that just mean. But they give a glow off, and my beardie sleeps in broad light.. It should bother him.. just make sure you hav e big cage for those infered lights. They can cook a beardie alive in small cages And also, make sure you have acool down spot.
