I have been reading, but would still like expert advice ;]

I just got a Vision cage for my Burm...

I have a human heating pad (e.g. Wal-Mart) under the Vision cage. It has a cloth shroud covering it, and is sitting on a towel to stay off of the carpet. The cage is sitting on directly on it, and it is on the floor currently...

Can it/Will it - start a fire? Should the weight of the cage be on the pad?

I have it set to "low" right now just incase :O)
