Not fully shedding

lostkauze Feb 18, 2004 05:40 AM

My male always sheds himself completely. Well this time he shed, he didnt. His toes and tail were still unshed. Maybe because he was with his mate. Butthen i noticed, under his tale it looks like he hasnt shed it a while. Im sure its ok, but its yellowish and scaley (yes i know leos dont have scales.) I warm water soaked him last night, but it didnt do anything... suggestions?

Just keep the humidity up a little, in his hide, and the warm baths.. I think the main concern is the skin left around his fingers, you really need to see if you can get it to peel off like a glove...
