Id look in the archieves, but being a medium sized monitor, Id guess a healthy one (or even remotely healthy) can between 6 months old in captivity to a year. After all they can lay eggs according to Daniel Bennett in the wild at 12 inches long and 1 year old, in captivity they can grow to 40 inches long in a year.
