Insect Nutrition Chart

Anybody remember the URL for that chart comparing nutriants between the more common insect feeders? I remember it had crickets, waxworms, silkworms, butterworms, mealworms, superworms and a few other things on it. If anybody could post that link or email it to me, it will be greatly appreciated.

How come the small grasshopper has more of EVERYTHING than the large grasshopper?? Does it all become chitin or something? or are they actually a different species from each other and the small one is more dense?

More chitin less juicy stuff.
