My atb has been acting a little strange lately. She has been hiding more than usual. I know that they just don't want to be seen some times but what worries me is that her breathig seems to be labored. I checked her trachea and it looks fine, no wheezing or musucus or anything, just labored breathing and more yawning. I have the temp at about 90-95F in her basking spot and the other parts of the cage remaim at about 75-80F. I try to keep the humidity up but when I go to work/school it inevitably dries out. I actually have two water bowls in there to bump up the humidity. I am using newspaper as a substrate right now. That has worked for me in the past but could this be a factor? Should I switch to something that will hold more H20? In my experience RIs have been the result of low temps, not humidity. Is it different for these guys? Thanks everybody!

(ps: I am trying to get rid of water spots but no mater that I do they WONT GO AWAY! Know any tricks?)
