My leo is on a hunger strike right now and I am not really concerned, but how long could this go on? He is around 10 months old, 60g, healthy, somewhat active, curious, and poops about every three days. He still eats, but very little. Any thoughts?

as long as he isn't losing any weight and is healthy it shouldn't be a problem. If he doesn't eat in more than a week i wjould get him checked.
