quick pic question

i have to size a pic small enouet on here. it says to get it on 250 somthing, but i can only size it by heigh and width. what is the best combination of h and w without makin it to small?

Those are pixel dimensions, your monitor is set at a size according to them, so just set them in proportion to those... a couple hundred is a decent size
