first off leos do not a brumation period in order to breed. in fact myself and many other do not cool them at all.
brumation is a cooling of the reptile... taking them down into the high sevenies or low eithies or even cooler, or so i have heard... alot of colubrid breeders do this in order for their animals to reproduce and take them down to mid fifties to sixties.
leopard geckos do not need cooling to breed they are plenty stimulated and fertile with out any help
