I got two new crested geckos two weeks ago, a male and female. They were housed together for almost a year so i kept them together. Last night when i went to feed them the female jumped from one end of the tank to the other and the male began chasing her. It was a caios for a few minutes. They knocked over the humid hide so i turned up to find the males tail flopping around.....what a creepy sight!!!!! He seems ok, but i didn't want to freak him out more by trying to catch him to put anything on the wound. Today he's been keeping to the back of the tank and the wound looks clean.
What i wanted to ask was about those reptarium screen cages. I want to separate the two of them. I have searched through this forum and found alot of info on these cages. I'll be getting one for each of my geckos.
Everyone is still agreed that the 14.5" X 14.5" X 25" (22 gallon) is Ok for one adult right?
