If these morph names are going to cause such a "disturbance in the force" amongst hobbyists and friends, maybe we should stop. Boas should now be sold only as "boa" with a dollar amount next to it. This does not include true BCC of course. If a buyer can see the animal in person or at least a picture then he/she can decide if they want to pay the asked amount. I too, have seen animals with large sticker prices and could not distinguish them from some of the decent looking colombians down at the local pet store for $79.99. I picked this guy up from the local pet shop. It looks kind of arabesque. Is it? Who knows! It wasn't labeled as one but if it would have been, $79 would have been a bargain!

In theory that might have worked before we started giving these prices to different color and/or pattern morphs, but since it has already been done, kind of tough to take that away.
It is simple supply and demand. Don't worry, there will be a day that albino boas are $200 just like albino Burms......hypo boas will be the same as well along with every other morph out there.
Not knocking your idea, but there is not a chance in you know where that it would work now.
