To keep a mudskipper in the same enclosure as an anole, you would need a very large aquarium to convert to an "aquvivarium, consisting of a half land, half water environment. The minimum for doing this would be a standard 29 gallon aquarium. You would have to add filtration and heating to the water feature, plus a gradual decrease in water depth ending in a sandy "beach" for the mudskipper. In addition, you would have to provide a planted land area complete with cork bark or driftwood, plus plants and a basking light for the anoles. Finally, the top of the aquarium would have to be covered with a screen lid and a fluorescent light place over it. Very expensive if you are buying new products, very time consuming.

As for mixing species, it is not a good idea most of the time. You are better off to give indiviaual care to animals alone or in pairs. If, however, you decide to mix species, you will again need at least a 29 gallon tank with a variety of shelters, cover, basking spots, etc.

Some animals that do well with anoles:

Pygmy skinks (Mabuya macularis)
Asian long-tailed grass lizards (Takydromus sexlineatus)
Green tree frogs
(can't remember Latin epithet, to lazy to look it up)

Keep in mid you have to modify for each species. Skinks are more terrestrial than anoles, and will need basking sits on the ground. Both the skinks and the grass lziards like to have bark substrate for burrowing. Green tree frog needs chlorine-free water dishes and moist shelters, plus you have to be careful not to use any heavy substrate that will stick to them or be easily swallowed, which means plan peat moss is out and so is aspen bedding. I would recommend a mix of organic potting soil, peat moss and sphagnum, add orchid bark if you keep burrowing lizards.
