HELP New RES won't eat

Hey everyone
i just got a new turtle a few days ago, he is about one inch big and he hasn't aten anything, i've tried to feed him pellets and such but its no use.. any ideas

Try crickets or earthworms to get him started. Also, make sure youre feeding him in water, and give him lots of privacy with his food. He may need to feel completely alone to start eating. Also, warmer water like mid to upper 70s might help.
