We allow dissent, debate, and disagreement on issues. We welcome people who feel passionately about the subjects under discussion. We have no problem when the members of a community disagree, even when they passionately disagree.
HOWEVER, we insist that you direct your remarks to the issues, not the other users of this site.
We do not allow conversations that degenerate into name-calling, insults, and/or general chaos that lead to the overall disruption to the flow of conversation on a forum. When you post negative personal comments about or against other people in the discussion, instead of sticking to the issues, you are in violation of our Terms of Service - it does not matter 'who' started it.
If on our forums there is a topic of discussion (or certain individual/s participating in said discussion) that is not to your liking, there is always a personal choice to skip it and move on. There is no obligation on anyone to take part in any let alone every discussion held on any of the forums.
If you have a personal problem or gripe about or against someone else - please by all means take it to private email or to some other website. Do not bring your fights here where it does not belong.
If you have a problem with someone's post is because it violates our terms of service, then by all means report it as abuse so that it can be brought to our attention. Posted messages/threads that violate our terms of service are pulled when/if they are found.

Reporting Forum Abuse
As a reminder - these forums are moderated.
If you see posted messages that are in direct violation of this sites Terms of Service - report them. The report abuse link can be found on every post next to the author's name of that message. The links are there for the members to use - so use them.
When a problem on the forum occurs, don't assume that a moderator will just 'happen' to stop by and notice it right away. If users of the forums don't make use of the tools provided for reporting problems, then those problems may never get noticed by those that need to know about them.
All abuse reports are reviewed (within 48 hours if not sooner) and appropriate action will be taken as is deemed necessary even if it means no action taken is needed.
Please note that by registering and using our site and services, each and every one of you has agreed that you have read, and will abide by, our Terms of Service. If you blatantly choose to disregard the rules of this site then please be prepared to accept the responsibility and ensuing consequences of your actions/behavior.
