Does anyone keep red eyed tree frogs cuz i have a question.

pocketfulloffire Feb 19, 2004 08:18 PM

Are these hard to keep? What size tank do you need? What kind of plants are needed? What lighting do they need? What do they eat, fruit flies, crickets?? Do they need a mate? How long do they live?

Sorry about all the questions but im kinda a beginner with these.

The right way.
The wrong way.

Ryan: It's OK, I'll handle it. I read a book about something like this.
Mick: Are you sure it was a book? Are you sure it wasn't NOTHING?!

Ryan:Help me someone i have a mortal wound!
[Kyle runs over]Kyle:Where does it hurt?

every 5gal for per frog will be fine.for the plant, try to find some that have the board leaf to support the weight of the frogs.you need atleast one spectrum bulb for the plants to grow well.the frogs are active at night.so the light rather for the plants then for the frogs.
