Uper resperatory infection

What is the best way to treat this infection.

This will create an artificial fever to fight off infection and allow the mucus to dry out.

I'd say it sort of depends on the species... low humdity can cause URI symptoms in snakes that require more moisture (happened to my rainbow boa, she's better now). It's also nice to know what the humidity is in the first place

The species of snake is a borneo Blood
The humidity is between 50-65 %
The temp is between 80-90 during the day and 75-80 at night

Hmm... I usually keep my blood around 80%, they really like it humid. This is one of those cases where I might try raising the humidity and see if it helps. But you might want to ask on the blood python forum first, there are people there with much more experience than me.

I started to raise the humidity and now its at 78% and it seems to help.

As an experiment has anyone tried xopenex.
