favorite food?

Hi everybody. I'm posting more out of curiosity than anything else. Crumpet's staple diet, since I got him in September, anyway, is Reptomin. He seems to really like it, but then again, he'll eat almost anything if he were allowed. While getting some supplies at ReptileDirect tonight, I picked up a little weenie bottle of Zoo Med's staple aquatic turtle diet. It was $1.20 and I figured, what the hell, let's try it, he might like it, probably can't hurt. So here's the main point: what staple food do you guys consider the best, either in terms of actual nutrition, digestability, or turtle-appreciation? I'm just interested to see what everyone here thinks, and I hope to get a dialog going. Peace!

Stewie mainly eats reptomin sticks. He didn't like them at first and preferred the dry shrimp i would give him, but now he gobbles them down two seconds after i put them in his tank. He also likes the tuna i leave for him and the lettuce i'll sometimes put in.

He never liked the reptomin at first, but if you decrease the frequency with which you feed them, they will more easily adapt to the food you want to give them. While Stewie loved the dried shrimp, I wanted him to eat the Reptomin since it's a more balanced diet.
