Hi, I try to keep a dish full of them 24/7. I put a tiny piece of carrot in there also for the worms to snack on, but I would swap any un-eaten worms out every other day and replace them with worms fresh from the bedding.

well, i do keep them in the dish all day for gut loading, but she isnt really interested in eating them out of the bowl, so at night, i just drop them one by one in front of her, and shell eat as many as she sees, so i wanted to know how many is good to feed her a day.
I would feed her as much as she wants. If she wants one, give her one, if she wants 20 go ahead. The worse that can happen is that she'll poop alot, or she might throw up, but my babies eat like pigs, and havent thrown up yet, however they have poops bigger then my bird.
are you sure? i mean, i really wouldnt want to risk makin her throw up.
True, but mine have never thrown up before. I feel that you shouldnt restrict them on what they eat. They know themselves better then we do and if they are hungry they'll eat. If you eat too much, they'll know for next time. The firsttime I feed my guys crickets, they went crazy and ate them all instantly. Then their poops were crickets, you could see the whole cricket, and the leo's belly's were dragging on the floor. Basically what I'm saying is feed them as much as they want. I leave a food dish with a bucha mealies, and whatever they dont eatthe next morning, i put back. Im sure not everyone isgoing to agree with me, but thats what i do.
