New cage help! FAST PLEASE!

maxmlax Feb 20, 2004 10:22 PM

I just set up my new Jacksons cage from www.exoticlizards.com, its great! Anyway I have the two ficus trees and a pothos in there, BUT how do I attach all the sticks, the 72" vine that I bought and the feeding cup through the screen?

use wire. or very small zip ties from the electrical section at home depot.

Yes, use wire to make a loop. But be sure to attach the wire around the cross bars so they bear the weight rather than the screening material. Also, there's no reason to use a feeding cup. It's far better to free range the prey and let the cham hunt for it.

BUT I WANT TO!, he is never going to find all the crickets

He'll find the crix, especially because they tend to congfregate around the basking light. And it's far better for him to have to hunt for his prey. It keeps him more active and it's especially good for his tongue.
