There is no "incubation" to frog eggs. The eggs should be kept at room temperature or above in clean, well oxygenated, dechlorinated water.

There has been numerous well worded posts about the raising of tadpoles on this forum and on the tree frog forum. Do a search to find other helpful conversations.

I don't know anything about eggs but Right now I am raising 8 red eyed tree frog tads. I have them in a 10 gallon with about 5 inchest of water, a carbon filter and a heater keeping the water around 78-80*. I change the water every other day to every third day (depending on the amount of waste in the water)They are feeding on Frog and Tadploe bites, fish flake, bloodworms and a live plant that I keep in there. I have had them for a week now and they are all growing wonderfully. I don't think that gray tree frog tads would be much different. If it is possible I would start by removing the eggs to a separate tank and seeing if they do better that way after hatching.

Good luck and I hope you get healthy tads soon!
