Can I feed the T-Rex Crested Gecko diet instead of crickets and babyfood?

the short answer: yes

the long answer: there on experts (im certainly not one) that swear crix are better, and just as many that prefer CGD. personally, i think that my crestie eats more when i feed her crickets. i recently switched her from a 100% CGD diet to alternating CGD and crickets. CGD is probably more consistant in terms of nutriets. Crickets on the other hand provide the stimulation of hunting (and its fun to watch). its up to you, but there is no evidence to prove that one is conclusivly better than the other.
