Use a spoon if you have to (ewwww) or a syringe, but it definately needs to be checked.

The earliest I could even get it checked is Wednesday. What if he doesnt poop the day before or whatever, should I take a syrienge and suck it up with his next movement? Plus the nearest herp vet is nearly 40 miles away!

You can give him a warm bath and message their belly which will usually cause them to poop. A stool sample can be refrigerated overnight if need be, but the fresher the better.

I tried the bath he wont poop in there. Hes not eating yet either. Looks like it could be a few weeks before I could even take him to the vet.

With only having him for a few days, I think it would be a good idea to let him settle in by not handling him unless absolutely needed or until he comes around for the next week or so. Remember everything about his new home is unfamiliar and scary, especially the big giant that is hovering over the cage and trying to catch him. Remember he sees you as a predator right now, so combined with the new habitat, he is feeling stressed and not eating. Once he feels safe in his new home he should come around. I know it can be hard to do with a new baby, but right now he needs some time to himself.

On the other hand, if it has to be that long before he can see a vet and continues to have runny poop.... Make sure he is hydrated. Runny poop can dehydrate them quickly.
You can use Flavored Pedialyte or Gatorade, drip it on his nose, he should drink. Also, soaks will help. They do not absorb water through their skin, but through their vent.
Odering Parazap (www.parazap.com) may be a good idea too. It can only help.

Personally I would hold off and see what his next poo looks like before worrying too much. Since this is the first time he pooped since you got him, the runny stools may be from food that was not fully digested while being shipped in a box or just being stressed out in general from the move. I remember when the first time Smeagol pooped it was the most rank nasty smelling thing i've ever smelt coming out of a creature. Funny thing is ever since that first one everything has been fine and not smelly at all, so I suspect the move had something to do with it or it was something being fed before I got him. It would be a good idea to set-up a vet appt regardless though since he is new to you. Plus if he does have parisites, you can inform the breeder that you got him from that they sold you a sick dragon and they may have more.

Coccidia is probably present, in low levels, in your bearded dragon. Even babies.
Coccidia levels grow to intolerable levels when your dragon is under stress.
The only way to tell if your dragon has Coccidia is to have a fecal exam done.
Signs of Coccidia are loose, runny stool that has a foul-smell.
Coccidia is highly contagious with a life span of 7-10 days.
Albon is usually prescribed for treating Coccidia. All cages should be kept spotless, but special care should be taken during an outbreak of Coccidia.
Minimize the cage furniture within the enclosure to help prevent re-infestation.
It can take up to 6 weeks to finally rid your lizard collection of coccidia

His poop does not smell at all, so maybe its just from shipping, Ill wait and see.

Oh believe me, I am very familiar with coccidia. I have two dragons, one that is now clean and another that is currently going through a second round of treatment. It is a major pain in the buttocks even when a religious like cleaning regimine is followed. Basically you don't want to deal with this, so like I mentioned above in the other sub thread, let your dragon get settled in to his new home and give him his space. He is stressed, so he is not eating at the moment, and you don't want that coccidia to get out of control.
