My female Disa and my male Cicero mated today! So hopefully there will be babies in the house again this summer!!!!!

They both look small! How old are they? They are both very nice looking.

They are both 3½ years old, but that picture is taken 2 years ago. Believe me - they are not small now! haha, they are actually quite fat..!

congratulations!!
i wil waith til i been on hollyday before i put them togheter.
first i wanan visit my girls ant in portugal this summer .
i cant put mellow yellow togheter with the girls when am not home and i cant stand it when i have eggs in incubator while i not can monitor them well.
so first i need a hollyday in april and then i wil have time to take care for them
i gues thats betetr.
i wil be messed up if some girl have layed eggs while am not home r some beardie would be eggsbound if am gone .
not wanan take any risk !!
you know babies is very nice but it is allot of work

Haha, I know - it takes planning! I know I have to sacrifice some travel this year, but it is worth it.

Just two hours after the mating two friends showed up and asked me if I wanted to drive down to the big expo in Hamm (Germany) in March. ARRGGHH! YES, I wanted to. But... according to how DIsa laid her eggs last time - that is the weekend she will lay. So I have to stay at home. Not that I mind, really...!

But Disa is a handfull when she is about to lay. She is so restless that she drives me crazy! My little sweet girl!

Don't forget to keep us updated when your dragons mate!

Good Luck with all the babies Gunilla!! I know the feeling.. Can't wait till my girl lays her eggs. I was so excited when they mated too. Good for you, and Good Luck!!!

It is so exciting! They had babies two years ago as well, but it is still soooo nice to have babies again!

When did your dragons mage?

Gunilla they mated as soon as I put them together. If I said they where together for 6 minutes I would be a liar that's how fast Foster had her pinned and mated. February 7 was the day they mated, and yesterday I actually felt, and counted quite a few lumps in her belly forming. The first time yours mated how long after the mating did the female look to lay her eggs? I read it's average 3-5 weeks. I think Candy at the longest will hold them 4 cause they started forming real soon after they mated, and already at two weeks I feel quite a few inside.

As long as 6 minutes..!? My dragons did it in maybe half a minute! haha. They haven't met in nearly 2 years so I thought they needed some time to "warm up". Oh no...! As soon as Cicero spotted Disa he ran up to her, she said "yes" and it was over in maybe ½ minute!

Disa laid her her fist clutch 19 days after mating then it was 19-20 days between her 3 clutches. She was "fast"...
