Looking for Ingo....

I have spoke to you before about my Helmeted Iguana. She is now about six years old and that is old for a Helmeted. She has always had a notch in her casque down the back of her head, but it has been getting bigger. I posted an older pic and you can kind of see it right where it starts to go down the back of her head. It is now about three times that big. Is there anything that I can do for it?

I was thinking that it is just old age, there is no discoloration and she doesn't eat crickets so I know that they didn't do it.

Your opinion would be appriciated.

Hi,

looks just like an old injury. But if its getting bigger and bigger, there may be some infection in it and you may want to see a vet.
Congrats anyhow, not too many people do manage to keep these critters alive for 6 years.
