OK
first you need an under tank heat source. It can be a specially made undertank heater or a normal heat pad or heat tape. It needs to be under 1/4 to 1/3 of the tank.
You need a substrate. Aspen shavings are my choice.
You can use aspen shavings, newspaper or paper towels.
I would stay away from repti bark, cedar shavings and pine shavings. Not worth the risk.
you need a water bowl big enough for the snake to soak in.
You need two hides. One for the warm end of the tank and one for the cool end of the tank.
They make water bowls that have holes in the side that also double as hides. You can place one on the cool side of the tank.

Everything what he said was great. But I would get some branches for your corn to climb. They like to climb.

I've read that corns need 40-60% humidity. Do you just mist the aspen shavings like you would EcoEarth & Reptibark?

NO
too much moisture in the substrate traps and encourages bacterial and mold/mildew growth.
This is what a larger sized water dish is for.
If I am at all worried that the humidity isn't high enough I just block off part of the top (screen tops). The more you block and the larger the water bowl the higher the humidity.
I personally do not recommend spraying the substrate. Especially with something like ReptiBark. The moisture helps release the harmfull oils.
That is also one of the reasons most people really don't like the EcoEarth, it dries out too quickly and as I stated earlier if you have to contiunually moisten it you advance the changes of bacteria and mold/mildew growth.
my two cents

Something cool and cheap that I heard about here is a paper towel roll. Cosmo spends more time in it than his hide. I think they are nice because one end can be in the warm side and the other on the cool side so the snake can still stay in the hide but still regulate it's temp.
