Calci Sand?

paradisio Feb 21, 2004 08:29 PM

How safe is this in comparison to normal sand? I saw them using it in the leopard gecko video and said it can be digested... Just wondering...

calci-sand is hardly any more digestable than normal sand...if any. Actually I think play sand would be more safe, as calci-sand can encourage injestion.

My thoughts also, just wondering about options for nice looking enclosures... Guess I'll try tile or polystyrene/grout
