I need to know what the standard ratio of water is when using perilite as the incubation medium for Cresty eggs? I need to get the eggs reset in the incubator as quickly as possible and apparently what I read was not correct and the eggs may be drying out.

Thanks for the info. Unfortuntately that is what I was using and one of the eggs started denting in after two weeks. After reading other sheets around the web I see that some folks use 3 parts water and 4 parts perilite so I am trying something in between for now. It appears that the dent is now fading and recovering. I will continue to monitor it by weighing it to see if it is drying out somehow. I have it in a sealed tupperware container which is opened twice a week for air exchange. This is placed in a Hobavator. Works great for my leo eggs but I am sure Cili eggs are somewhat different. Hopefully all will be well this time around, it would be my first Cresty hatch!
