Ecothermics treated me sooooo well. They do business like it should be done. I inquired about some of their Bcc stock and the very next day i had aleast 10 pictures in shade and in sun of the snakes i was interested in. They went out that day and took the pictures just for me. That is good salesmanship. They told me everything they could about the snakes in their emails and really gave me the run down on their payment plans. Really have to appreciate good business now a days.
Just thought i would give you a positive example of good people in the snake trade.

Ectothermics is definitely one of the good guys. Kevin and Charlotte are fantastic people and I had the pleasure of meeting them in person last year at Daytona. They are just as nice in person as they are over the phone/email!

What you have experienced is standard operating procedure for Kevin & Char. They are consummate professionals and customer satisfaction is their number one priority. You will not find a more knowledgable couple anywhere and their animals are second to none. If you have not already purchased the animal(s) in question, I would urge you to do so. You are dealing with the best of the best.
