i got my leo about 2-3 weeks ago, ans i was wondering how long it will take for her to get used to me. she is 3 months old, and always runs from me. will she always do that?

its just instinct..What they first think is to run not that your friendly to them..I had my geckos for about 3 months and they still show fear when i open the screen but they still let me handle them fine.Except one male that was given to me when he was an adult.[hes a mean f@#k]

What you do is put your hand in her tank then scoop her up and jus keep your hand in her tank. Then maybe give her a mealie or cricket so then she associates your hand with food(food=good).Then whenever you put your hand in she will come up to you.This process tanks a long time. So just be pacient(sp?).Also she is very young still.When they are older most of the time the calm down.
