New Leopard Gecko advice continued =)

This question is regarding humid hide. What I have done is purchased a coconut shell and found a butter lid to fit the bottom of the coconut nicely. I put about a half inch of shredded paper towels inside and mist the towels and the underside of the coconut. My Gecko is in heaven in there I think. What im wondering is how often do I mist this? Im sure its drying out easily in 24 hours in there.

Thanks

Keep the humid hide DAMP. Mist whenever it gets dry.

I suggest for general care questions about leopard geckos, is check the kingsnake leopard gecko forum who's link is below. Unless of course you are using these geckos as a feeder food for some other reptile.
