An iguana will eat just about anything (I have seen x-rays of iguanas with swallowed masterlocks and other odd objects) some good easy to come by foods are... Mustard, collard greens and other -greens, butternut squash, okra, green beans, parsnips.

Some things that people feed that you shouldn't: Spinach (binds calcium,) different kinds of lettuce (almost no nutrition) and any kind of animal-insect

Every day the iguanas wake up to a salad of all different types of greens, lettuce, with carrots and a Little of iguana repti food. once a week they get a big fruit plate of bananas, mangoes, grapes and apples, or i make it into a smoothie for them they like it a lot. When you give them fruit make shore you peal the skin.
