Its like anything else in NJ. Politicians jump on any chance to look like they are doing something to help the public they actually over do it. There was clearly a need to regulate the reptile trade unfortunately the way they went about it was to enact a bunch of unenforcable laws. They laws were put on the books and there was never given any thought to enforcing them. The end result is a huge black market reptile trade in NJ.
is there any legal way around it or a way to get the laws changed back? thanks for responding
