Territorial actions?

I just reintroduced my female back with her other friends. I just walked into my room, and I see her wagging her tail slowly, while bend at a low profile with her tail in the air, wagging. She is pacing the tank. Is she marking her territory, or just being wierd. She did this same thing when I put her with the male. Is this normal?

Mine has done the same thing with her tail also, it's normal.
